What films have you not seen, which are believed to be classics or very well known.

James (LemonJam) just told me he has never seen Home Alone... I am shocked to the core.

So I open this discussion to you TiBB... which films haven't you seen, that you really should have?!

Jurrasic Park, ET, Jaws and Indiana Jones.

You may be noticing a pattern. But seriously I've never seen them. I might have caught them as a child but I haven't put them on with intent to watch them. Not that I'm on the cutting edge of underground cinema or anything like that but anytime I go to download or buy a movie I just can't be arsed going with these over obvious family favourite super films.

I'll get around to them eventually.

Ho ho that's abominable stuff. You really ought to dive into those as soon as possible :amazed:.

Shawshank in particular is an insane choice and Trainspotting is highly entertaining. Spinal Tap is probably my favourite film of all time but you'd be surprised at the amount of people who watch it now and do get it but just don't find it funny.

[Those same people may think The Hangover were a riot.]

It's probably not a classic but the other one The Boy in The striped Pyjamas, I recorded it the other night and got half way through and the recording just stopped, not sure what happened but I must rent it to now to finish watching it:bawling:

I've watched Trainspotting. I wouldn't call it a classic but it did have its moments. But mostly it just made me feel ill. Horrified when it was my subject for a film studies project.
