To be fair if you watch that and then watch our CBB8 titles - they actually look, somewhat similar with the graphics, colours and faces... :shocked:

The BB7 Titles weren't that good - well they were but they could of been improved.

I like how in the later years, the titles go with the music.

Example in BB9 the mask smashes against the screen as soon as it gets to a certain point of the theme, in BB10 the camera like shoots ahead of us to go with the main part of Element 4 and this year we have Jedward's hair spinning around to go with that part of the theme LOL.


In BB7's the titles were very out of place and just, well there - I loved the kind of disclaimer thingy at the start though. :lovedup:

No they weren't. The graphics matched the theme perfectly. In fact they are probably the best titles they ever did. They might be the best titles for any show ever.

I loved them and thought the fast frame rate and the flashing words you couldn't actually read were amazing and so representative of both series'.

But the BB9 and BB10 ones were INCREDIBLE. Like all the cameras and smashing glass. :love: I love the bit in the BB10 ones when the camera like pounces at your screen and you go into the camera. :lovedup:

This. Nothing will ever, ever beat the Big Brother 7 titles. The whole graphics package was just spot on and the series is the best ever. Bring back Paul as Executive Producer.

There's been far, far better - the previous year was even better in terms of titles - BB7 should of used the golden swirl graphics from the eye flashes.

Can someone explain why they were so good? I can't see it.

I could not fault anything about them.

The eyes. Amazing and sinister.
Laughing man with bad teeth. Amazing and sinister.
Yellow and Black. Amazing, relates to danger and is sinister once again.
There is just enough pixelation so its not ott.
That creepy hallway thing with the Eye tattooed into it. So creepy and sinister.
The bit where it says "Cam 8" ect is so cool.

The whole thing was so abstract and so 1984. It fit perfectly and it does match the music.

How can anyone say the BB10 titles were better? They recycled half of the advert for that year

BB7 ones were perfect. I liked the BB6 and 7 ones that made you almost have an epileptic fit as you're watching them. They're really menacing and really suit the whole message behind the show

I think BB6, 7 & 8 had the best titles, No one had an absolute **** what was going on in any of them, especially BB7. I liked the feeling of being trapped in the opening to BB6 though, and I think BB8's titles were even more confusing than BB7s because of all the weird shapes and incredible frame rate. Looking at those Only way is essex titles, this years aren't actually a million miles away from them. I like the CBB8 opening, but it doesn't really have meaning to it any more. I just.. well erm opens the show.

Such a great atmosphere in them ones, but they would of been better if they had words or something like BB7s.

I agree on what Conor and Tom said on BB6's - very very very good titles there, I loved everything about them. They were so scary and an improvement on BB5's mess.

I personally could not complain at all about BB5,6,7 titles and also loved so much 8, 9 and 10 but could fault them a little.

I wouldn't say BB5s were a mess, at the time they hadn't been done before like 1-4 and were quite scary just looking into the eye and with the bulldogs etc

They're terrible. Never include the housemates in the titles. It's a different format anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.

Yeah I thought BB9's were very repetetive and cheap. Looked like a stretched, low res video of some boring ass 3D glass and masks.

What, really??!! Secret Story has had the best opening to any version of BB in the past few years. Totally converted me from not wanting HM's in the titles to wishing the UK done this. Only thing is that they're reaaaaaally long. :sleep:

BB7 is by far the best titles. It just fit the theme of Big Brother as a whole PERFECTLY. Was dangerous and claustrophobic and sinister.

BB8's were also really cool because of the eyes, and the color, and it was super fast pased.

BB9's were not very good. It was just masks and broken glass.

I actually like the TOWIE titles, but certainly not for BB.

BB10 titles were basically some psychotic animated cameras and recycled bits from the advert. Cheap and tacky.
BB9 titles were an awful mess with nothing significant about them at all. Too repetitive and wtf did the masks have to do with anything?
BB7 titles are the greatest titles to grace our screens as they perfectly encapsulated that series of BB. The graphics were incredible and it matched the music very well. :love:
