Couple of days ago everyone was reporting he had retired to look after his son who has cancer..

Steed has now just confirmed himself that he doesn't even have a son and his family are all in fine health

whoever made that up should be ashamed :bored:

He used to be a default choice in my fantasy football picks back in the day. Legend.

Steed Malbranque will now make a decision about his future. At the end of the week, he will choose to either find another club, or to retire altogether. Two clubs are interested in his services. The first is Valenciennes, whose coach, Daniel Sanchez, is crying out for an attacking midfielder. The other club is Glasgow Rangers, who are aware of Malbranque after his ten year spell in England.
