Smithy, can you remember what type of programmes the advert usually followed? As adverts usually tie in with the programmes in some way. IE: Baby programmes, you get a lot of nappie and baby food adverts, etc;

It might help some narrow down and find the song for you then if they roughly know what type of advert it is.
