Amanda Holden was taken to hospital earlier today after her car collided with a lorry in west London.
The Britain's Got Talent judge, who is currently pregnant with her second child, was left "shaken" after the incident, PA reports.
However, the star's spokeswoman has confirmed that, after being taken to a nearby hospital by a passer-by immediately following the accident, her baby is "fine".
Her representative added: "The lorry's fine, Amanda's car isn't. Amanda is so grateful to her good Samaritan."
The 40-year-old has pulled out of Wednesday night's performance of Shrek: The Musical at London's Theatre Royal.
