View Full Version : Can we have a sub-forum for TiBB Big Brother?

We had one for The Mole, so can we have one for TiBB BB3?

I realize we probably won't get it until the semi final, knowing TiBB's service - but can a mod at least put a word in?

Cheers x

I don't really want threads from this game to take over the forum, especially when Big Brother is on.

Yeah it does. Especially for the spin off show.

It won't though?

People who aren't watching or aren't in the game then have an actual option to ignore the sub forum do you know what I mean?

Plus - as much as I want it to, it's not as if this forum is over flowing with the utmost positivity for Big Brother anymore .

I mean like I said in the OP - The Mole 4 had one, and this game is actually.. well to do with Big Brother where as The Mole wasn't really.

It's up to you man, but just saying it would keep it all more tidy.

I think we should have one, I remember there were sub forums for TiBB Apprentice and something else too. This needs one, I doubt there will be too many threads anyway.

It did tonight. :p There was hardly any chat about tonight's highlights. Were you all talking about the show in the TiBB BB threads or something?

I'll see how it goes...

That was down to one of two things:

1. Nothing happened in tonights highlights

and

2. People were watching that show about Osama Bin Laden

Yeah LOL.

But that might only be because it was launch - plus this is only on for like a few weeks or something [not sure, Mollie just said September] and BB12 goes on through November so it wouldn't take up too much.

Alright cool.

Yeah but it's probably because the quality of BB itself has dropped, people just aren't as interested these days as they would have been a few years back. The last couple of days the highlights threads have been short, not just tonight.

TBF the HL show usually gets more than 3 pages :/ And it's the LAST CBB HL show at that. It should have been buzzing. It wasn't. The game was the active topic

The Highlight show threads have been dead almost since the series began and same goes for the big brother section as well

They actually are, big time - Facebook hasn't kept quiet about BB tonight.

It's just on the forums, particularly TiBB - only about 4 people including myself, like this series.

That's why we need to be encouraging new members to join and post.

Anyway, I might be willing to setup a new forum for the game with certain conditions...

I was thinking of asking for an In Cold Blood one but as far as I remember they only occupy one thread per series anyway :spin2: maybe a couple of extras for polls, but nothing that really needs a subforum.

Sounds good, you should speak to Mollie about it - see what she thinks, it's her game afterall lol.

Oh that reminds me [what you said about new members joining] is there still plans to sort out the homepage theme and stuff?

It's just really frustrating when I'm not logged in, or when I was on the forum the other day in school - and it had baubles and ice blue colouring and stars, I mean dude no one's going to join with that.

And I really want new members aswell because it seems hardly anyone is willing to talk about CBB8 in full.

Perhaps he should shove a broom up his arse and give the place a sweep too :joker:

Yeah I know. It's fair enough. Just mean really it's not fair to ask for one thing, get somewhere, then immediately pounce for more

What is tibb big brother never heard of it i doubt it needs a forum of its own if only a few people know what it is.

I think if it's restricted to just some people, an they want to have their own place to run the game in, i don't see why not. It's not like it costs more to have more sub-forums, right?

James

I've set it up with some conditions...

Only Mollie, as host of the game, can start new threads.
Keep it to no more than 3 or so active threads at any time. Banner and odds threads etc. can go in one thread.
Not strictly a rule but would prefer Big Brother chat to be kept to normal BB forums.
