Kate Bush has unveiled the details of her first completely new studio album in six years.

The follow-up to 2005's Aerial, itself released after a 12-year absence from the industry, is called 50 Words for Snow. It will be released on November 21.

Earlier this year, Bush released The Director's Cut, a collection of reworked songs from her previous albums The Sensual World and The Red Shoes.

"50 Words for Snow will feature seven brand new tracks set against a background of falling snow," a press release teased.

As previously reported, Bush recorded the new album during the same period as The Director's Cut.

The full tracklisting of 50 Words for Snow is as follows:

1. 'Snowflake'
2. 'Lake Tahoe'
3. 'Misty'
4. 'Wildman'
5. 'Snowed In At Wheeler Street'
6. '50 Words for Snow'
7. 'Among Angels'

I never listen to 'Aerial', never acquired 'The Director's Cut' and won't bother with '50 Words For Snow' - of course, many avid fans wil pay top dollar ro Kate's latest, but I'll stick with her mid-career best ..... ;)

That's really strange, I was singing that song don't give up at the weekend and I asked Gav whatever happened to Kate Bush?

She got old, lazy and fat, but then, don't we all ..... :laugh2:

she had a child, she didn't "get old, lazy and fat". She released music in both the 90s and the 00s. She's said she puts family life and privacy above music.
