I do one Zumba class a week and I've got the Wii version, so I can look ridiculous in the privacy of my own home. I love it. It's not like a workout at all... it's fun! And it really works.

I don't do Zumba but it seems like almost EVERYONE is doing it. New classes keep opening and yeah I think it would be a good way to keep fit.

I would describe it as a mixture of dance,we did some salsa moves this week and soon we are going into belly dancing moves!!! That should be a laugh:joker:All I know it's fun but knackering.

I remember years ago: step classes..... my friend had been to this class for months: persuaded me to go, said "It's not that far into the routines yet, you'll pick it up".
I've never made such a muppet of myself in my puff...they're all giving it 100mph step/dancy routines with ease and real style: and there's me, tripping up all over the place, looking like something deranged, sweat pissing off me.....I couldn't do it for being in hysterics laughing at the state of me trying to keep up with them all .... I was bent over double....to the point I got chucked out for not taking the class seriously!!
Killjoys!!

Its not even funny, I went round the other day. Hadn't seen her in a week but she bought herself a Wii (even though my stepdad already has one) just so she can practice and she was busy on that, didn't even want me to stay :joker: she thinks shes Shakira or something
She bought a cat on the same day (as you do) so thats how I've come to the conclusion that shes in a midlife crisis and zumba is just a part of that

You let your mum thinks she's Shakira. She might also think you are a nice boy or something..... you leave her alone with her fantasies!! Lol
It is a little known fact that cats are only ever bought by women in the midst of a midlife crisis. Absolute fact.
