Hardly anyone is watching because the threads don't show up in the latest threads bar. Don't really see why they shouldn't be able to, all the other competitions threads appeared there.

It's because it's running alongside BB, the members that only post in the BB section don't know it's a forum game and would wonder what the threads were all about, thats why the game was given a subforum too, all threads connected to it are supposed to be kept in that part of the forum.
