you take your chances in Mexico when messing with the Drug Cartels.

Investigator Ricardo Mancillas Castillo told CNN that this form of torture, including disembowelment, has been seen before in drug-related violence but he has not encountered it before with internet threats.
The investigator said the victims will be almost impossible to identify because of the severe mutilation and there were no witnesses.

The bodies were found on Tuesday morning, which is thought to be 36 hours after they were killed.

It will also be impossible to find out whether the victims actually posted anything online about the cartels too, he said.

The two blogs that the attackers signalled out as a warning to internet users were Al Rojo Vivo and Blog del Narco.

I can't see any photo in your spoiler, Mids :conf: Did click on the link though and saw it there.

Can't see why the pic needed spoilering in the thread though, when anyone can click it on the news site :conf: Wouldn't it have been better to having the warning put in the thread title instead? :conf:

I don't think I'd have the stomach to see a picture of this. :conf2:

I know, I agree Suze..

Dezzy done something with it and if it's not showing up, he's the one who altered my OP, I've not touched it sinced I initially put the thread up this morning. .

Niall....it's a very far distance shot and it's not what I would have consider violent.. it's not like it's some close up shot or anything. I've seen a darn sight worse on here.

You'll see it on the newspaper link anyways.

I thought the photo would be a lot worse than it was when I clicked the link. The photo's taken from a distance and although sickening with the torture they endured, you can't see a whole lot just from that photo really. It's still not for the faint hearted though. I feel so bad for their families, reading that and seeing the photo though, what torture they endured and what their poor families must be feeling :(

What is worse is that they (I believe) no way of proving these 2 people were the ones who were putting up anything online. That's the worst part: it could be two innocent people.

Gawd that is so awful then :( Bad enough they feel free to just take lifes, but to do it to two people who may be unconnected. What is the World coming to :(

The fact that it is in a daily newspaper should give you an indication as to it's content. If it was that graphic, a daily rag wouldn't publish it.

I know I'm just not that good with gore and if its actually someone who's been disembowelled then I really doubt I'll be able to cope.

FGS. You are making it out as though is horrific - when you have been told several times it's not. Either look it and decide or not.

It's still not showing in your spoiler Pyramid but I did click the link,I can think of a certain few people that this punishment would be apt for but not someone who is supposedly doing something on the internet!!! blimey, how awfully barbaric.humans can certainly sink to the lowest levels.

Jesus Christ I'm telling you I don't want to look at it. Don't get all snippy with me. I'm just saying that I don't like the sound of what the picture is portraying and therefore I shan't be looking.

**** sake...

I agree, there was no ridicule... the point was more along the lines of going on about something being so awful when they didn't know if they would find it so or not and several posts saying the same thing over again, that was all.

If they don't want to look at a picture in a newspaper, that's their choice.
