KERRY Katona was dealt a huge blow on the day of her divorce — her ITV show has been AXED.

Kerry, 31, had hoped to propel her career forward after finally ridding herself of love-rat Mark Croft yesterday.

But talks about bringing back her fly-on-the-wall ITV2 show, Kerry Katona: The Next Chapter, have broken down — and ITV executives have pulled the plug on the project.

An undisclosed contractual dispute was said to be to blame.

An ITV spokesman said: "We have enjoyed working with Kerry on two successful series of The Next Chapter, but we do not have any further episodes planned."

The decision was a shock to former Atomic Kitten Kerry — as the last series had pulled in a solid 600,000 viewers.

Her spokesman Max Clifford said: "It is a shame as Kerry wants to be on TV, and after her success on Big Brother people obviously want to see her.

"But with the ITV deal she was caught up in something that was beyond her control." The blow came as divorce papers revealed Kerry blamed the behaviour of second hubby Mark for driving her to depression, for which she received medication.

Mark, 40, of Warrington, Cheshire, said Kerry's behaviour had not affected his health.

The couple were granted a divorce on the grounds of each other's unreasonable behaviour at London's High Court. Their split will be finalised in six weeks.

Neither Kerry nor Mark, who wed in Gretna Green, Scotland, on Valentine's Day 2007, were at the hearing.

The couple have agreed their children, Heidi, four, and three-year-old Maxwell Mark, will live in Surrey with Kerry — who also has two kids by first husband Brian McFadden.

Kerry Katona is struggling since her departure from CAN Associates and her stint on Celebrity Big Brother, so now she's met up with a London surgeon to discuss the possibly of having body contouring surgery.

The 31-year-old took her mother Sue to visit the Harley Street clinic yesterday after vowing to look into having surgery similar to her CBB housemate Darryn Lyons' six pack on the show.

Kerry was pictured at the clinic, which is owned by Lyons, and should we be surprised? Not really. After seeing Lyons's sculpted physique on the show she said: "Your six pack is phenomenal. I'm so going to that thing when I get out of here!"

The mother-of-four, whose has a well documented battle with her figure over the years, has already had breast implants and liposuction.

I have never heard of a body contour clinic before. It sounds dreadful. How can she admire Darryn's err, umm ..... six pack :joker:

All she needs is a healthier diet, and exercise,and laying off the booze might help. Why doesn't she spend her money in other areas like more on her children rather than herself, especially as she has owed so much to others such as CAN, and had more bankrupcies than I have probably had hot dinners.

Everyone warned Kerry Katona that she should think very carefully before going onto Celebrity Big Brother, but she went ahead anyway.

Now it’s been revealed that the star has gained over 2 stones since coming out of the house and has gone completely into meltdown.

A friend of Kerry said, “She was back to her best before CBB. She was on a strict diet and had been to boot camp, resulting in her getting down to 8 st, 7lb. After binging in the house, boozing and not exercising she’s distraught that she has piled on 2 stones.”

The man Kerry Katona dated after meeting him on the internet has a conviction for assaulting his ex-girlfriend in front of her toddler.

Builder Stuart Nuttall, 39, reportedly grabbed Lisa Titmass by the throat, threatened to smash her head through a window and threw her across the room.

He then ripped a door off its hinges.

She was taken to hospital where she was treated for cuts to her head.
The incident is said to have happened in front of Lisa's two-year-old child.

Nuttall was convicted on an assault charge and received 150 hours community service, reported The People.

He has confirmed his conviction, received in March 2001.

'Everyone's got a conviction ain't they,' he said. 'I come from a council estate, I mean, I don't want to say too much. I'm just an honest working bloke. Everyone's been arrested, everyone's been in trouble, we're not all perfect.'

One of Lisa's friends warned that Kerry, 31, should be careful.

TROUBLED Kerry Katona is on the verge of going bankrupt AGAIN — needing to raise £70,000 for a tax bill by the end of the month.

Kerry, 31, also still owes £350,000 to her former management team in unpaid commission.

The reality TV star has had meetings with ex-manager Claire Powell to try and sort out a payment plan.

Kerry spent three years clearing earlier debts after first going bust in 2008.

Am I missing something here? I thought her former management wrote off her bill, and I am sure Kerry Katona has been on TV quite a bit of late, and must do PA stuff, and get paid for both, so why is she skint again and owing such a large amount of money? She has been out on the town hasn't she? so she must have money, unless she is blowing it elsewhere again. Or this is just another way for her to stay in the media spotlight if she is fading back into nothingness again.

Kerry Katona has dumped celebrity agent Max Clifford, the man who saved her from bankruptcy.

The troubled star got her new agent to email the PR guru on Friday to tell him she no longer needs his services.

He is now furious, as he took her on when she was at her lowest ebb and helped her get her career back on track.

A friend of Max said: “To say he is livid is an under*statement. Kerry’s behaviour is a real slap in the face. He has treated her like a daughter... and after all he’s done for her she couldn’t even be bothered to pick up and phone and talk it through.”

Max took Kerry on to his books after she fell out with her former agent Claire Powell. She was almost bankrupt and rumoured to have fallen back into her old habits of drinking and partying.

Max landed her a £200,000 appearance on Celebrity Big Brother and won her tens of thousands through a string of lucrative magazine deals and a slot on This *Morning as a Dancing On Ice expert.

He had even made moves towards *getting her a starring role in a TV show as well as fixing her up with an acting casting agency.

Kerry is now being represented by Martin O’Shea, her agent from Atomic Kitten days.

This is the second time she has dumped Max Clifford.

Back in 2008 she split from him after he raised concerns about her drinking.

Is this the end for Katona ?
