It's so good to see Dewey talking about her, he showed no emotion at all to her death in Scream, or even in S2.

That probably would have worked better, but the alternate opening just doesn't flow well and was far too quick with the killing, absolutely no suspense at all

Well there was no music.. and yeah my only fault in the AO is that Marnie should have had a longer chase, though i love when she gets sidelined

and Marnie has one of the best screams in any of the 4 movies

Yeah it would have been better with some creepy music going but also, Jenny's death there was s**t to be honest, much better in the theatrical opening

Meh, it was a bit tame for me, when you compare it to Olivia's death it pales in comparison

Thank you so much for finding these Conor! I love them. I know the film would've been long but each scene really adds something to it. Still really like the garage being involved in the actual opening sequence but discovering Marnie and Jenny's bodies was quite grisly and imo sets it up as being darker and more serious like the original despite all the jokey Stab references.

Just looking on Scream Boards, I do wish fans would stop referring to the upcoming films as:

'5CREAM' or 'SCR6AM'

It doesn't even make sense, maybe 5CREAM yes - but even that looks like a film called 'Cream'.

They should go back to the titles:

'Scream 2' 'Scream 3' etc

So much to the point, I'd love if Scream 5 got a subtitle though - like A Nightmare on Elm Street had.

So like;

'Scream 5; Sidney's Final Scream' or 'Scream 5; The Terror Continues'


Something like that, I don't know - but yeah I wish people would stop with the SCR6AM stuff - just because SCRE4M had a funny Number Pun doesn't mean the others will. :idc:
