Just been reading up about The Bermuda Triangle and some of the theories behind it. Things like this really interest me, I just wondered what everyone's view on it is.

I have always wondered, do things still cross over where the triangle supposedly is or do they go around it?

I believe it is one of the most used flight/ship paths.

I remember reading Peter Benchley's 'The Island' and being convinced that all of the Bermuda Triangle disappearances where being sucked into a 'Lost' type island inhabited by redneck pirates and all the disappeared people would have ended up on their dinner table. I also thought at one time it was a gateway to hell. I watch too many movies and have an over-active imagination. I'm fascinated too though Ben, I'm a real 'mystery' person. Have there been any recent 'disappearances' do you know?

They're like the chinese and the russians, they shoot down anything American trying to steal our technology. Makes sense to me. The American government just doesn't admit it because they don't want to start a war over it.
Either that, or it's just tropical storms and weather conditions, which is possible too.

Oh, I see what you're saying. I always seem to read your posts when it's early morning here and I'm a bit slow in the mornings. I don't know what time it is with you but you're obviously way more 'one the ball' than me:hugesmile:

What is it? Explain
it's an area in the caribbean where many planes and ships have gone missing with no explanation.
What is it? Explain
It's what lostalex said or if you prefer my explanation Patrick, It's a lost island full of redneck pirates, who suck you into their lair so you can become new blood for their interbreeding....................I prefer that one, it's so much more....em, Johnny Depp
It's the Kraken
Now that's just silly, the Kraken is definately in the Indian Ocean......

It's aliens! There is an interesting case of An Australian plane that might have been taken by a UFO. The pilot was on the radio the whole time, it's actually recorded. It's very interesting. I wish i could remember the name of the case, but it's one of the most famous UFO cases in australia.
You can literally hear the pilot talking about this bright light following him, and making him nervous, then you hear him talk about it getting closer, and then all of a sudden the radio goes dead. The plane was never found and it's still unexplained. It's a very interesting case.

ˆfound it, it's called the "Valentich disappearance" here is the wikipedia entry on it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valentich_disappearance
his last words were ""it's hovering right over me, that is NOT an aircraft!". How freaky is that? it gives me chills.

I don't think worm holes follow planes traveling at hundreds of miles per hour. A worm hole doesn't move at all. And it certainly doesn't appear as a solid object. A worm hole would be in one place and stay there, not follow a plane.

But no one has been in a Worm Hole
so we do not know exact - how they work.
