It doesn't work like that in France. When you pass your practical test, you have earned the right to drive, the license but it's not forever. You start with 6 points, if you get caught for something prohibited, the police takes off the points it deserves. If you got 0 then you have to re-do the practical test. However, if you don't get caught in 3 years, you get 6 more points.

French law sucks. :bored:
