SO5 will miss us by what equates to 1.3 million miles only 2 days ago SE58 was a lot closer (A little over half the distance between the earth and the moon.)
At the size SO5 is (depending on what it is made of) it would likely explode on hitting the atmosphere and result in little more than a shower of small pieces.
These things have been hitting us and just missing earth since forever and its only in recent years we have been able to see them coming.

On the list only YU55 has been of real concern at 175m across that would have been big enough to cause a largish collision but they have been tracking that for nearly 6 years and so have been able to plot its course exactly and it will miss us.
But it will still go past us closer than the moon its a pretty close shave.
