You look at members who joined in 2008 or 2006 or something - and they have like just over 10K Posts if even.
And some of us '09ers are well over 30 Thousand Posts...
I just feel like FML.
Was there not as much to talk about back in the day or something?

Back in the day Big Brother was popular enough to be discussed in your normal life, you didn't need to come here.

If chat and games posts counted it would be a different story.

Same here. I wouldn't like to think how many posts I have really done. It would be too shocking.

True.
It wouldn't really be a different story though, it'd be worse - because I'm sure there'd be some of us on 40K by now, I probably would be or on the verge of it.
Still maintain it was a silly uncalled for decision by James disabling C+G Post counts. :idc:

:joker::joker: Very True.

I dont understand the stopping of post counts in C+G... Surely high post counts will encourage members to join seeing how active the forum is?
I get the 'spam' argument but surely an infract and a cheeky threat of a ban would sort that :suspect:

You'd think, but sadly some members can be twats and seem to thrive off being twats.

It is weird how everyone that joined during BB10 seem to have the highest post counts.. I actually thought at the time that the forum was more active during BB9

I've made 700 posts in the recent TIBB game... so I'd panic myself if I saw every post in there... xD. :blush2:

It's because the forum was changed over just after BB10 and post count counted in C & Games for a few months after it.

I'm in most evenings and chat as I go about my evening. But then my PC is downstairs in the living area so I'm not tucked away in my room or anything. I often get more done when I'm online

I was in the BB section for BB10 and got like 2000 posts there and never even went in the other bits of the forum, the BB section was always ridiculously busy. Then started chatting in The Den when C&G posts counted and built loads up from there

I don't know where I've been or what I've been doing, only that I've been doing it on the quiet.

My posts would have been nearly doubled if C&G posts were to be taken into account IIRC. I used to post a lot there and I used to be incredibly active in games.

I would probably have more posts but over the last two years or so I've had so many problems with my laptop and I did get bored of forums at one point, Plus I don't think many people on here like to talk back to me :laugh2:

I joined in 2009 and still have less than 1k, lol. I think that's a good thing, I'm not spending my life glued to the computer.
