View Full Version : Why was Emma removed?
bring back Davina
02-10-2011, 02:59 PM
Im re-watching BB5 and Emma has just left.
She along with several other housemates was given a formal warning because of what they did the previous night when it all kicked off.You see Big Brother telling her she has been given the warning and that she will return to the house.Next thing I see is Davina telling us Emma has left the house:conf:
I haven't watched it all yet so they might explain why she was removed but could someone let me know thanks?

She was my favourite Housemate of the series, and many others. It was unfair i think, as why should she leave? She was never evicted, she was voted for a task, and thats why she was the one to leave out of her and Victor..
I remember Victor himself saying when he was in the house, that it was really unfair how she hat to leave and no one else did.
She was also favourite to win at this point D:.

She was too big a threat for Nadia winning.

The producers didn't really know how to deal with the situation. They chucked her out because she was the one who threw the tray at Victor thus starting the physical threats which is understandable, but what made it unfair is because, like you said, they told her she woudl eb able to return to the house.
It's as outrageous and unfair as Emily's ejection too. Both were crappy decisions only made at the last minute so not to cause more controversy
For her own mental state, if she went back in she would have imploded. she couldn't deal with that kind of pressure and couldn't let anything lie
They should have kicked everyone else out and kept Emma in :idc:

She's also Arneldo's favourite housemate ever.
Arneldo
There had to be a sacrificial goat and it wasn't going to be a Southern black man or a blonde Scottish bimbo so the thick Northern lass had to go .....

Possibly the biggest mistake ever made by the Big Brother production team. It was extremely unfair. BB5 was amazing, but had she not been ejected, it probably would've been the best series ever in my eyes. She was the best housemate that series and had so much more to offer.
Because she was mentally unstable.

i think i know why
She held a sharp knife to someone that night i remember reading something like that
also
Police interviewed all hgs after they got evicted as well
Because she was mentally unstable.

Yeah, IIRC, she had received "messages" saying "Kill 'em, kill 'em all!"

She was a great housemate & I thought it was shocking how they dumped her off the show.
How the producers couldn't see that she was mental when I could see it from the very beginning is beyond me..

I agree, she was the best housemate in Big Brother 5 and she's in my Top 5 Housemates of all time, absolutely loved her and such an unfair decision to remove her from the house!

I loved emma and found it very unfair when they kicked her out

I think if they were getting rid of her then Vic, Michelle and Jason should've gone too.
Obviously would've been best if all had stayed.
One of the worst BB decisions ever. :idc:

The others were all screaming their heads off chucking things around the house and threatening but Emma was the only one I remember actually touching another housemate via spitting at Victor. Maybe that's why.

All's I remember her doing is protecting Marco from Jason. I need to watch it again.

Her main issue was with Victor so there was more to it with her than Marco and Jason.

What I remember from Fight Night -
Emma and Michelle came back to the bedsit, pissing Victor and Jason off because they had been trying to get everybody out before them and they realized they were no further along in the series (besides the ejection of Kitten), plus Emma and Michelle were annoyed with what Victor had said about them. Then Emma, Nadia and Marco had a food fight and Jason told Marco to clean up the mess, so then somebody threw food at Jason so he went into a rage. He started on Marco, who was protected by Nadia and Emma, and then Emma/Victor argument happened alongside Michelle, and there was some physical fighting resulting in Emma being made to go back to the bedsit before being ejected. Why weren't any of the other housemates ejected? In my opinion both Jason and Victor deserved to be ejected also.

As I say, it's probably because no one else actually lay a finger on another housemate as far as I can remember. Emma was bouncing into Victor's face and spat at him.
Dennis was ejected for the same thing in BB9.

Hmm, yeah true. I know Jason really was threatening towards Marco but I don't think he would have laid a finger on him even if Nadia and Emma weren't standing there, he valued his place in the house too much. :idc:

I can never find the Un-cut version so if somebody doesn't show you, could you let me know?
