Richard is a lovely bloke, and i think it was very decent of him to ask imogen for the meal! I think he genuinly wants to make things up to her, Even though She is a 2-face-bitch who has been around grace for far tooooo long!

I think Richard was being genuine. It's difficult to fake being sincere 24/7 and he has been. While everyone else talks horribly about Sam behind his back Richard simply says "Be kind to Sam because she seems strong outside but inside she's not". He didn't talk about how annoying Sam is or how big her feet are etc. like everyone else. Although of course everyone has little conversations I've never heard Richard be HORRID like every single member of the Plastics.

It proves a point you can't do ANYTHING nice for the Plastics. As soon as the dinner date was over Imogen called him a "two-faced tw@t". Absolutely disgusting that they can't even accept a gesture as kindness. I really despise them.

yeah, i totally agree, as yet i have'nt seen anything nasty from Richard, ( maybe BB have edited out all his negative stuff as a plot: highly unlikely) .. it was a genuine effort to try and bring some harmony to the group. Imogen did seem delighted when he announced who he wanted as a dinnerdate, her eyes lit up like a beacon. ..Then afterwards she made those bitchy comments to Grace about Richard. I cant help liking Richard.

I dunno why so many people act so horribly toward Richard (like when Richard told Lisa dinner would be prepared soon-just trying to be nice so she doesn't spoil her appetite) and she totally turned psycho. I hope he comes in 2nd. Everyone loved him at first even playing his twister game, and passing wine mouth to mouth in the pool (his idea). I think they hate him because he keeps the "freaks" together and acts as a voice of reason to resolve conflicts, even though the plastics have tried so hard to tear them apart.

Ah, well-should be interesting who's up next for nomiations. :laugh:

I just thought of something else. Remember when Richard said certain types of women attract him and he referred to a dark haired Italian actress-can't remember her name. When I saw her picture I thought. . .hrrmm Imogen could possibly fit that profile.

Maybe deep down inside (perhaps subconsciously in the deep dark recesses of his mind) he finds her kind of appealing. LOL Just a thought.:wink:
