They're going for an indie look but it just doesn't work since The X Factor is the complete opposite of that and it just doesn't look right.

I don't get why they're styling him as this indie kid when he's clearly a "I go on 'lads' holidays and get the names of girls tattooed on my bum because it's a good idea when I'm drunk and dancing to Pitbull ft. interchangeable female singer sipping 8 euro drinks and dancing awkwardly with my group of friends who all look and act the same way" or perhaps that's just me who thinks that. He's crap and I hate him. Go breathe loudly in a doctor's surgery and ask for inhalers, utter pap.
