Great theme. Marcus, The Risk and Rhythmix should be the best.

Absolutely... this theme should make Marcus credible... no doubt Gary will bland him up though so he's in the bottom 2 on Sunday... and hype Frankie up.

This is where themed weeks don't entirely work. It'll be perfect for a fair few (Marcus, Rhythmix etc.) but how are they gonna find a song to fit Frankie...

...not that I'm complaining of course :)

They'll just use a song that an artist who is classed as RnB has done that isn't actually RnB.

Surprised they used Russian Roulette this week actually, it would have been an easy escape route for this theme

Yeah it's rnb theme but that doesn't mean they have to sing like one. Simply turn rnb tunes into their style.

If Price Tag is Jessie J"s song then I think Sophie should have it.

I dont know how Kitty will do this week but it shall be interesting.

Says on this site it's Heroes

They are normally always right every week about theme and songlist

I actually think Johnny Robinson will do good with that song choice.

It appears the theme has changed again.....

X Factor has altered this week's theme at the last minute and has brought back the popular Rock Week.

Saturday's show was scheduled to have the acts performing tracks from their idols and musical favourites in a Heroes Week, but due to a last minute production switch, plans have been changed.

Rock Week has proved popular in previous series and last year's edition included a memorable performance of 'Creep' from Wagner, Matt Cardle's 'Nights In White Satin' and Katie Waissel's 'Sex On Fire'.

A source told Digital Spy: "Producers wanted to spice things up a bit for viewers and they thought the return of Rock Week would provide plenty of drama. It will challenge some of the acts, who have had an easy ride so far."

An official X Factor rep said: "The change of theme weeks was a production team decision to take contestants out of their comfort zone. Production regularly change themes late in the day."

The X Factor Rock Week airs on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1.
