Well to have a tat like that she is either very insecure about herself or the opposite,she is as arrogant as you can get, i suspect the latter, real female boss ladies don't need something written on their body, its called confidence and positive attitude not arrogant attitude. Well Tulisa is common so i guess its not surpring she has something as ghetto on her skin.
