The meal packs 540,000 calories - 216 times the recommended daily intake of an adult male - and takes 22 hours to cook.
Manager Jason Jones revealed that he made the burger in an attempt to break his own Guinness World Record.
The restaurant took the accolade of the planet's biggest burger from cooks in Thailand back in 2008 with a 134lb creation. It proceeded to make 164lb, 186lb and 319lb meals between then and January this year.
