Not always though, they 'audition' quite a lot of people to see whos right for the show. Being pictured doesn't necessarily mean they'll be on the show

Seems like a pretty standard line up, they're just missing their token loose woman.

I hope Karen is back on the panel this year

Yes. They have a few back up skaters as well.

I like Karen too. I rather she was on the panel instead of Emma Bunton.
