Doubt this is true, probably just a bad throat. But if it's true oh my god how awful, why her :bawling: Loads of chain smoking people without amazing voices go without cancer :(

She has a vocal cord hemorrhage. Last time I checked that wasn't the same thing as throat cancer.

I don't think she smokes anywhere near enough cigarettes to get throat cancer (or any other kind of respiratory cancer) by 22. Probably a silly rumour.

I find smoking repulsive and it is a big killer. My opinion. I of course would be upset if Adele was suffering but in general no.
