View Full Version : In a Dead Set/Dawn of the Dead/Shaun of the Dead situation, what would you do?
Zombies taking over and they want to kill you, there isn't much escape. Would you attempt to keep alive or would you just let them kill you and become a zombie?

Loot a supermarket, jump on a boat with food, have a seawater filter, and if zombies are still roaming in 2-3 months time I'd kill myself, lol
Clearly I've put too much thought into this

You can't hide, for some reason as thick as they are, they always seem to find you :bawling: As fast as you run they always seem to catch you, even if they have one leg :bawling:

I remember when we looked at Horror films in Media during college. Horror films depend on stupid decisions to drive the narrative so if we suspended belief enough to believe that a zombie plague could occur then chances are nothing would come of it since not many people would be stupid enough to get themselves turned. There'd be a few zombies that would be quarantined off and then killed and we'd all carry on as normal. Unless it's an airborne virus then we'd all be screwed.
The zombies themselves wouldn't be much of a threat since if we are to believe that they are barely alive creatures that only possess the urge to feed then chances are they wouldn't have the brain capacity to do much else but stumble around, especially once Rigor Mortis sets in. In this scenairio we've come up with, running zombies are completely unrealistic making them easy to pick off unless there's a lot of them which chances are there wouldn't be since most people would realistically be holed up in their homes and let the military deal with it. If a zombie plague did occur then it'd be a free day off for everyone at best.
