I think it depends on what you're saying. If you call someone a "black bastard" then it's intended as an insult imo, I mean why even put black in that sentence?

The same person might have loads of black friends, but when you are insulting some people use anything against them.

Also there is no proof she said it if he didnt hear her properly.

I wouldnt be surprised if he isnt trying to capitalise on The John Terry racist claim tbh as its in trend at the moment.

No he wouldn't, black people can say anything to a white person and they will get away with it, but if a white person dislikes a black person (for a valid reason) its racism
