4 out in week 1
Amelia most likely returning 4 weeks before the final
Off the top of my head, its been a mess from start to finish. I bet they can't wait for this year to be over with so they can salvage it next year
The producers have usually got brilliant control over the show but they've completely lost control this year, its like a car heading for a brick wall at 90mph

Totally agree, its almost laughable. I haven't enjoyed it like I normally do and the standard of contestants isn't a patch on last year, with the exception of Marcus. Last year the final four were amazing, imo there aren't 4 acts worthy of it this year. The best group has gone, sacrificed in a double elimination twist that wouldnt have been necessary if they had booted Frankie out sooner. Now with 6 acts only left they are desperate to claw back credibility and are bringing into play yet another twist to bring back one of 4 they considered to be the weakest in category at the start. I feel sorry for whoever returns, they are just being used to make up the numbers, don't have a hope in hell of making the final, the others all have established fan bases.
Hypothetically though, IF the returning act did win, no disrespect but it would be a hollow victory and hardly fair on the other contestants who have competed for weeks. Just put Johnny back in, fairest way. Let Amelia and the others try again next year.

I feel sorry for Dermot as the 'messenger' each week really. I mean, I know nobody blames him. But it's that poor bugger that has to announce this, that and the other! I can envision him getting his script and thinking FFS
It really has been a mess. Gary and Kelly shouldn't be on the panel for starters - get Dannii Minogue back on for sure, and, for the love of god, of all people to pick, why Gary Barlow!? He's got no charisma whatsoever, it's like watching paint dry. They can easily find someone to fit the asshole who talks sense role that isn't dull. Kelly was alright to begin with but her personality just doesn't fit on the show, she's too American to be accepted on a very British show, if you get what I mean. Nicole Scherzinger understands Britain a lot better than Kelly Rowland, as does Katy Perry (perhaps due to having British boyfriends/husbands) but Kelly hasn't a clue. Tulisa's been alright, I hope she's given another chance next year. I'd love to get rid of Louis but, as things stand, he's actually the only judge that isn't pissing me off! The **** up with the contestants is a complete joke as well. ugghh. Tom you've covered everything I think!

I think the biggest mess is the charity single. Not even released yet or performed on the show! Should have been by now but now they will have to re do everything so they can add more of amelia to it. Maybe they have scrapped the idea? But yep everythin has gone wrong its been a doomed series. I do like quite a few of the contestants though

It's being performed in 2 weeks time with One Direction and JLS. They filmed the video this week.

His dancing has been better than Janet's lol.
Then again thats the problem.....I thought Janet and Misha were talents but one has under achieved (so far), while the other remains unloved. Sure Amelia could steal the show, but at the moment that ain't saying much. The mystery is why 14 MILLION are still tuning in to the results show.......:conf:
