After carrying her own head on The X Factor last weekend, it’s hard to imagine what surprises Lady Gaga will have up her sleeve for Children in Need tonight.
Ahead of tomorrow night’s telethon, Take That man, X Factor judge and all round good egg Gary Barlow put together the quite incredible line-up for this charity concert, which also includes *Coldplay, Michael Buble, JLS, Snow Patrol, James Morrison, Elbow, Ed Sheeran, Dappy and Fazer, Jessie J, Jamie Cullum, Andrea Bocelli and Hugh Laurie in his bluesman mode, as well as Gary’s fellow X Factor judge Kelly Rowland.
Tickets for the line-up of the year sold out in 10 minutes – and no wonder.

Radio One’s Chris Moyles and Fearne Cotton will be hosting the event along with David Tennant. As well as films showing the work Children in Need does to help disadvantaged youngsters in Britain, there’ll be more surprise guests and some unique collaborations.
Plus, of course, The Collective will be performing this year’s officially urban Children In Need single Teardrop – and we’re hoping to get a tune or two out of the lovely Mr Barlow as well.
If anybody leaves a piano lying around there’ll be no stopping him…
