i think its much harder for the men to make it in the industry after winning if misha or amelia won i think they could be as successful as leona/alexandra but that wont happen marcus will end up winning, he will get his slot on the first live show next year then he will prolly get dropped before christmas 2012

this thread isnt really asking why marcus has support its more of a i told you so thread so i can bump it next year when he flops (if he wins which he probably will smh)

Hes not a strong vocalist, he can sing but its a bit squeaky at times and hes the weakest left by far. Hes getting through because he puts on a performance, but what I think are quite dated. Hes vastly overrated but its mainly down to him being a likable guy.

Hes good, but not brilliant... would not make for a successful TXF winner (see: Leon Jackson).

Finalists seems to do better than the winners anyway so it hardly matters. Only Leona has won the show and gone on to be the success story of her particular season. Alexandra Burke has done well but JLS have the edge on her. And it looks like One Direction will be around a lot longer than Matt Cardle from last year.

I think Amelia and Misha have the best chance of being somewhat successful from this series but I'm not expecting much.

He's easily the most talented performer for me - he can dance, sing, he has stage presence and on top of this (a package that not one of the others posess) he's likeable.

Marcus has the fun factor that none of the others particular have but so did Jedward - its not something essential.
I like him, hes a good performer, but his vocals are seriously limited and his direction is music is quite bland.

Reet Petite was pretty damn good but everything else has been boring... hed do well in musicals.

There's probably much truth in that - it's happened too many times with other winners, they have a hit or two, an album or two that never really takes off, get dropped by Sycho and fade away.
