Well tonights show has made my mind up for me and everythings changed now. Despite Janet being my favourite at the start. I dont like her anymore she is the weakest left and seems like a miserable person. I want her out tomorrow. Amelia really really impressed me I really like her now and she was my least favourite last week. I havent been a fan of misha for most of the series but she was amazing. Little mix I love love love. And marcus I do like but just find it bland for some reason. So in order 1. Little mix 2. Amelia. 3. Misha 4. Marcus 5. Janet

I wish I could share your enthusiasm. I think she's awful (seriously) - I've never understood the fuss - she's got a voice that grates - and sounds really put on / fake.

Amelia is far and away the best, closely followed by Marcus. Used to be a big fan of Janet's and I still like her, but I find her difficult to watch now, and feel sorry for her, and I don't like feeling like that. Misha's good but I'm not fussed by her and I like Little Mix, though I don't know whether I'd want them to win...only reason would be because it'd be 'different'.

Gothic is good. Under the bridge is actually one of my favourite songs of all time and I would be hugely critical of anyone covering it (all Saints murdered it) Janet did a fine job, best performance of the series, I would say.

I really like Janet, I know she also wasn't well too but the thing I was stunned at most was that she even decided to sing 'Mmmbop' anyway.

Her 2nd performance as you and Niamh point out was really good. I hope she did enough to pull it all back with the public for that performance alone.

Janet's performance for the first was worst than shockingly bad, but anyone given that crap song would do bad :D However Marcus sang a Stevie Wonder song and murdered it I thought. The fact he is favourite shows how sub-par this competition is this year. However, good luck with your bet, the fact only Misha managed 2 good performances last night and Little Mix were rather average at best meas your best is still looking very solid given Marcus' very good first performance.

He will be final 3. The producers want a girl-boy-group final IMO. So even if Marcus is against anyone in B2 he will survive.

The aim for the next 2 weeks seems to be to get rid of Janet and Amelia IMO. Janet this week then Amelia next. Having Misha in the final like they have seemingly wanted all along.

Actually I think this week they are trying to get Little Mix in B2 against Janet so they can keep them (suggesting to me Little Mix are maybe scraping above the barrel at the moment and not coming first or second in the polls), hoping next week then that Little Mix get the sympathy bounce (and hopefully a good performance) to the final meaning one of Amelia or Misha finish bottom of the votes next week so they can get rid of one of them. Thats the plan anyway I think.

Your Marcus bet IMO is very safe, I think only Janet could have defeated him, but the production have literally thrown the textbook of how to get rid of a contestant at her. Actually it may backfire that she forgot the words as it means Janet's supporters will vote in their droves (actually why the judges comments actually werent as bad as they should have been maybe trying not to stoke this added fire up for them), and with that I think Janet could still survive B2, but I think the damage is already done for her in terms of winning the show.

Amelia definitely got the pimping treatment this week suggesting to me they wanted her through this week for some reason, but will sacrifice her next week. Her second performance made my ears bleed, yet the judges said she was great, listen over and she couldnt hit a single high note. Awful. I used to like that song too. :conf:

Janet appears to have a large fan base which she has gained soley from her audition/bootcamp performances, unfortunately we are now at the stage of the competition where you really need to be picking up floating votes to stay in the competition, and for that reason she is in huge danger tonight, id say her and misha bottom 2 with janet to go

Taking away the awful first performance, Kiss Me last week and Under The Bridge have been 2 of my favourite performances from her, but yeah that first song may mean the floating votes go elsewhere. We will see, reason why she could stay above B2 though is as said her fanbase will vote in droves thinking she is in danger. Already read somewhere a person mentioned on twitter voting for her 100 times already with more to come today (No it wasnt me). That is loyalty for you :D
