Over the weekend of Dec 10th/11th the X Factor final will be 4 hours long. It is apparently promising big international stars as well.

Seems pretty long to me! Why drag it out any longer than it should be? Just crown the winner and be done with it!

Not that long really, only 1 hour longer than it is on a regular weekend

It will be for more advert breaks and pointless rambling from the judges. That is ridiculously too long just as the hour long saga on a Sunday for the results is far too long as well.

I think they do 3 on Saturday - Some Theme/Favourite Past performance/Duet

and 2 on Saturday - Some Theme/Winner's Song

im glad that they are making the sunday show longer, as thats the one im going too, would be a disappointment to have tickets for the grand final is it was only gonna go on for an hour!

I find that annoying as well but they did it last year when Cher came 4th and then the top 3 went on Sunday
