Both released new albums this week.

Olly is miles ahead at #1 after selling over 50,000 in one day, while Joe battles away down in 12th place.

That's what I like to hear. Olly was robbed in X Factor.

Loved his performance with the Muppets :)

Olly is going to get some payback on Rihanna and replace her at the top of the album chart

Joe was promoting his album on this morning yesterday

This Morning is lucky if it gets 1 million viewers I bet, where as The X Factor has been getting 9 to 10 million viewers this series.

Joe fails.

I can't believe I wanted him to win his season

Even without X Factor Olly would have done better.

But thank god :worship:

He was the real winner. I preferred Stacey but she's more suited to entertainment.

Isnt this just some crappy Xmas album from Joe he is releasing? Didn't his main album come out in August and got to no.2? According to wiki anyway :D

Probably debut at #1 then sink out of the top 20 the next week. First week sales mean nothing when you can't maintain them.

Go back and look at his sales last year... high first week and consistent, it will be the same again

I love Joe - I was happy to see him win his year. Very happy for Olly though :)

They would have still flopped regardless of whether they won or not.

Yes,Joe's 'Classics' album after popstar to operastar,it was hugely successful and after all this isnow his 3rd album.

Olly who I now quite like, is never off the TV,it's hardly surprising his is doing really well at present.

I think Joe will have up and down success but will likely last longer than Olly, I think Olly will move more into TV presenting.

Stll promotion, Smithy said none :idc:

His physical copy sales will probably boost him up the charts anyway since his album audience is mainly 80 year olds +
