Could Amelia Sneak This?

Comeback girl, strong vocalist, owns the stage, has her own image and seems to be carrying a lot of support. If Misha leaves tomorrow that will be her and Janet out consecutively leaving her top girl and possibly snatching their votes to win.

Only fault I have on her is that she is a tad shouty at times and cant really sing gently (neither can Marcus).

She could do it.

I've loved Amelia since her first audition, &. Was gutted when Kelly sent her home the first week of live shows, I would loved to see her win, my fear is I don't think she has enough fan base to see her through to to the final.:bawling:

She went straight to the bottom 2 just a week after returning.

Just throwing this idea out there because Im shocked how many likes her performances got tonight (3,660 and 3,601 retrospectively - consistency!), beating both Misha B and Little Mix, and Marcus in Round 2 (who is trailing down at 1,806).

I know likes dont convert into votes but she seems to be pleasing people.

She hasn't had as much time to build a fanbase like the others and a lot of people will think she doesn't deserve it as much as the other 3 for being there from the beginning

I pay no attention at all to anything Gary says now, since week one he has become more and more obnoxious.

As you know I was against Amelia coming back and really for me Marcus is the likely winner.
however if Amelia goes through to the final and sings like she did tonight then she may well win it, she was excellent tonight on both songs and like you I don't get the she was shouting comments either.

She wasnt shouting tonight, but in her sing-off and Since Youve Been Gone she was quite badly imo, but tonight she was great (would have been nice if she had more suttle parts in Im With You but she does struggle with it, shes definitely at home belting it out).

Her only chance is if she picks up all Misha B's support when she gets eliminated tonight but that's unlikely because it's almost certainly going to Little Mixed up amongst the others!!! :joker:

It's a very hard one to call. I can't see Amelia winning really, but she is good and I do like her. And her odds to win have seriously improved since yesterday with the bookies, now sitting back at about 3/1. I would like either her or Little Mix to win. Not flippin Marcus!

She only missed 4 weeks of the competition - Weeks 2, 3, 4 and 5.

I'd love to see her win but I think if she makes the final she'll place in 2nd place at the most.

I hope she does win. Marcus is good, but he's just very average. Little Mix are too hit and miss...and I cannot stand Misha's personality.. which I feel is just as important as having the talent .

No she won't win but she will still get signed by a record label. There's a gap in the market for her at the moment, she's like a mix between Kelly Clarkson, P!nk and Pixie Lott. Plus Pixie's second album was a flop, she's unlikely to get anymore hits from it and I don't see her still being relevant in 2 years time.

Don't get why people are calling her for missing so many live shows though, she missed 4, has been in the competition longer than Sophie and only 2 weeks less than Janet
