Without You is a brand new three-part drama adapted from the novel What to do When Someone Dies by writing duo Nicci Gerrard and Sean French.

It stars Anna Friel in the lead role as school teacher Ellie Manning, a wife who is devastated to learn her husband died in a horrific car accident with a mystery woman in the passenger seat.

Stricken with grief and refusing to believe her husband is having an affair, Ellie sets out to find the truth of who the mystery woman is, and why she was in the car.

Without You is a taut and emotional thriller, directed by Tim Fywell (Waking the Dead) and produced by Nigel Marchant (The Suspicions of Mr Whicher, Downton Abbey).

It started tonight at 9PM on ITV1. Seems alright. Anyone else watching? Anna Friel is brilliant in it

Just watched this. I think Milena had an affair with Greg's friend, they want us to think the husband killed them both but maybe he got the wrong end of the stick. They showed us his friend with a pregnant wife so he has a lot to lose.
Although, the best friend of Anna Friel's character is a little odd too. I'll probably suspect everyone before the end. lol

Yes Good Points.
Good to see a thriller you like.

I enjoyed it, Anna Friel is a great actress, wish it was on over three nights though, rather than weekly. Tuesday, Wed, Thurs nights would have been perfect :)

Haven't got firm suspicions yet, but there is definitely something off about the best friend, and she didn't answer her phone the first time Anna's character rang her, went to voicemail.....

I'm not sure what to make of it yet. But it's a three parter, so having watched episode one will have to carry on watching now.

I enjoyed it. Nice to have a decent drama to watch and Anna Friel was outstanding in it. A little silly in places and not sure I liked the ending too much. But yep, good :)

Not too bad. Not good enough to be spread out the way it has. If it was on three nights in a row it would have sufficed, or maybe just a two hour one off.
Didn't like the forced way they had the copper cover for her because he "didn't want another murder investigation" at the end either.

But the acting was great, nice to see Anna Friel on TV again.

But just wanted to point out I called the friend was the one having the affair when they insisted on showing his pregnant wife in the first episode. lol. I like it when that happens.
