Although its like the closest finale in years or ever.. This survey has never ever been wrong in terms of the finals of The-X Factor. As it asks tonnes of people who are actually voters and therefore is pretty accurate.

All theese surveys are the yougov surveys and are stupidly accurate.

http://labs.yougov.co.uk/news/2011/1...oo-close-call/

Race too close to call
Nearly one fifth of voters to make their mind up on the night
Currently Marcus leads, Little Mix second and Amelia third amongst voters
Support exactly equal in a run-off between Marcus and Little Mix

The percentages being, 38%-32%-28%.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/x_factor/3271893/MATT-Cardle-is-set-to-storm-to-X-Factor-victory.html

The former painter and decorator is on course to scoop 51 per cent of the votes in the final, says a YouGov poll for The Sun.
....
If illness does not scupper Matt, he should leave nearest rival Rebecca Ferguson trailing with just 32 per cent of the votes, according to our poll.

Boy band One Direction and rapper Cher Lloyd would be left far behind on just nine and eight per cent of votes respectively.

The actual percentages were a little different, but still accurate. Matts throat probably lost him around 5%. But yeah.
----------------
Matt 39.92%
Rebecca 25.71%
One Direction 18.54%
Cher Lloyd 15.83%
---------------------

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/x_factor/2769028/Joe-tipped-for-landslide-in-X-Factor-final.html

JOE McElderry is set to win The X Factor by a landslide, according to a YouGov poll commissioned by The Sun.
The 18-year-old Geordie is in line for 53 per cent of votes in tonight's penultimate show, our survey says.

And he is tipped to cruise home in tomorrow's final.

Hip-shaker Olly Murs, 25, is predicted to pull 20 per cent of tonight's vote, with 20-year-old rival Stacey Solomon on 17 per cent.

The actual percentages were:
---------------------
Joe McElderry 52.2%
Olly Murs 27.7%
Stacey Solomon 20.1%
-----------------------

Which is incredily accurate:(

Although in them two years the winner was basically decided before, the voting this year is 38-32-28. Which is really really close. Theese surveys have always proven the betting odds wrong, Olly was favourite to come 3rd, One Direction were favourite to come 2nd and even 1st in some betting places.

I think unless Amelia is absolotely amazing today, the Final 2 will be Little Mix & Marcus, and Little Mix could possibily snatch it.

It really is the closest final yet, very exciting! :)

Marcus and Lil Mix have amazing props, that people will focus on rather than the voices.

Amelia doesn't have any, therefore people will focus on her, clever tactics really, she could easily pull off 2nd place.

I have no idea how it's going to pan out. It will be interesting to see right enough..... we'll all find out soon.

The only reason I think it's going to be close is the fact all three acts don't really come across as winners.

It's been obvious for many weeks now that Marcus will win, this hardly comes as any surprise if you ask me.

The real surprise will be if he doesn't win.

Little Mix please  hopefully Amelia's fans will all turn and vote for LM when she's voted out

What they haven't taken into account is the fact that Little Mix have picked up most of Amelia's support and using over 1000 Facebook comments it looks like this:

Marcus Collins............... 32%
Little Mix...................... 68%

and just to let you know that's never been wrong either!!!

i highly doubt that the masses that were voting in abundance to try and keep amelia in would then transfer votes to little mix, or marcus for that fact, internet support means absoloutely nothing in a competition like this, its merely hype

Sad show if Marcus wins for me. Like I said in other threads, likeable guy and can do a nice performance on uptempo songs, but he is a shaky singer and producers have done their all to get him and Little Mix to the final since week 4. I preferred all 4 solo girls to these acts but good luck to both.

I'd love for him to win but I don't see it happening: little mix have 4 band members - who will have friends/families and well as their individual fans who will be voting for them.

I've seen so many tweets today being like 'Vote for TeamBarlow' so many TT fans voting for Marcus, though we're only one fanbase, there's the massive general population as well.
