Glyn always sleeps naked anyway and he just happened to have woken up and was going to the toilet. He didn't even realise other people were up until he saw them all staring at Grace and Mikey. That's why everyone was laughing at how loud he was as they were supposed to be quiet so Grace and Mikey don't know about them watching.
