Tulisa Contostavlos will reportedly see her X Factor salary doubled for next year's series.
The N-Dubz singer won the ITV competition with her act Little Mix in her first year on the judging panel yesterday. It was also the first year in which a group managed to win.
She reportedly earned £450,000 for her stint this year, and will now allegedly earn "just shy of a million" if she agrees to sign on in 2012, according to The Sun.
A source said: "She's stuck by Louis [Walsh] and learnt a few tricks of the trade from him.
"Plus, she sticks to her views. Weaker people might have retracted what she said about Misha B hassling Little Mix to keep things upbeat but she didn't. The producers love her."
Little Mix are expected to earn up to £8 million following their win last night.
Contostavlos revealed that she plans on duetting with the girl group again in the future, after performing an Alicia Keys medley on Saturday.

Not surprising, she's definitely been the most popular judge this year.

£450,000? Thought she'd already be on much more than that. When you compare that to Cheryl's fee which I believe was always in excess of £1m it seems like nothing. Christ, she was offered £2.5m at one point this year to return...
Pretty sure Gary's was £1.5m also. £450,000 is a surprisingly low figure if you ask me.

I thought that was a pretty decent earning until I read what Cheryl Cole was offered.
I think she'll get the girls next year. The producers like her being fresh and edgy, we do need that kind of Birtish girl artist out there now, think there is a gap in the market. (not that the XF winners ever really stay about for long )

Cheryl, Gary and Kelly for that matter are all big names. Before X Factor Tulisa was just the chav girl from N Dubz. She wasn't a big draw at all.

Louis & Tulisa will almost certainly back. Gary will be back if Simon doesn't return, Kelly will probably end up on the American one and we'll get Cheryl back or Nicole joining
ill bang my hand on the table every week whilst begging for people to vote for my act for 450 grand, easy money

Sorry I should have quoted Jack's post in my post.
I was saying that I thought 450,000 was a decent amount until I read Jack's post talking about Cheryl Cole earning over £1m, Then later offered £2.5m to return.

You know, I'm not a fan of Tulisa and didn't really take to her as a judge - but you know what: if she's got the chance of doing the same job again for double the money: well good for her - more power to her.
As long as Syco are happy paying her salary, and they are happy with her results: hey: more power to her I say.
