I signed up for a month over christmas
At one of the Virgin Active ones... not been for ages though because I fell over my dog and snapped my arm :joker:, had to have an operation and a million plates in it last week. Cast finally comes off next week though, can't wait to go back :amazed:

I'm a member of a gym, and I go regularly. I also do a couple of Zumba classes a week. January's coming, it's always amusing to see the New Year's Resolution Brigade huff and puff themselves into a state of frenzy at the beginning of the year, then watch the vast majority of them dwindle away as the weeks go on...

do they take place in a gym? :joker:
I prefer to use the treadmill the cycling machines and the step machines then steam room etc afterwards rather than classes

That will be, I'm determined to start going next year but I bet I end up giving up after a couple of weeks

Does your dog like you :suspect: No seriously though, it must have been awful, must feel great to finally get the cast coming off next week :)
In reply to OP, I don't go to the gym, I do have an exercise bike though, which I use every day. And I pretty much walk everywhere that doesn't need to take more than two or three hours.

I've been a member of two in the last few years. Never found the motivation to go regularly enough, so it was a waste of money for the most part. One of them was charging me £50 per month :bored:

My dog hates me but this time it wasn't his fault, was the middle of the night and didn't see him in the kitchen (he's black) and I just went down and landed on it weird :blush2:. Accidently on purpose missed that small detail out to the hospital though, they think I tripped up outside. In the middle of a claim (:joker:), its nowhere near settled yet but looking at at least £5k for it :amazed:
Have missed the gym though, used to go all the time and work/nights out pretty much revolved around it. Been good to have the bit of extra freedom for the last few months but can't wait to get back to normal with it

Is it really smart to mention fraud on the net where anyone can see it

If you knew my address, full details of accident (times, dates, location, reason etc), hospital records, amongst everything else thats going into the case you might just have a point. And highly doubtful that the solicitor dealing with it is going to be reading this forum
But yeah, anything for you to get a sly dig into me I suppose. Keep trying :idc:

there are gyms like that if you know where to go
otherwise you need to make do with the fat old men drying their arse crack in the hand dryer

No, I have a couple of exercise machines at home and they are mostly used as clothes dryers, so if i can't even be bothered to go upstairs then I would never get to a gym. I only like exercise when it is disguised as fun
