Caught on camera: The shocking moment dancing Tube passenger minding his own business is violently shoved off train[/b]

One minute he is happily dancing and minding his own business as the Tube train trundles under the streets of London.
The next he has been unceremoniously shoved in the back by a fellow passenger, through the doors and onto the platform as it prepares to pull away.
Video footage of the attack on the dancing Tube man has been posted on YouTube and caused a storm among viewers.

Dancer: Tube passenger with headphones on was filmed boogieing away standing in the doorway on the train for eight minutes

Many have slammed the dancing man's attacker, who flicks a V-sign at his victim after pushing him from the train, while others have commented on how hilarious the episode was.
The eight-minute video clip of the dancing man happily ignoring fellow passengers as he boogies to the music playing through his headphones was shot by a fellow passenger seated further along the carriage.
While his antics attract giggles, no-one attempts to make contact with the Central Line passenger until the train pulls into Leytonstone, East London.

A man stood behind him eating waits for the doors to open and prepares to push the dancing passenger. Realising what he is about to do, passengers shout 'No! no! no!'
As the driver announces 'mind the doors please, mind the doors' the man shoves the passenger in the back and out of the train.

I don't think he should be dancing like that, it was rude to the other passengers.

However the guy who pushed him off seems like a right asshole.

The posting of every injustice filmed on an iphone and posted on Youtube is going to get very old very quickly. Besides, I know Leytonstone and frankly he was lucky to have just been shoved instead of having the **** kicked out of him. Furthermore, the train wouldn't have been trundling under the streets of London in Leytonstone. It's overground there.

If this was in another country people would laugh and clap along, maybe even join in but nooooooo in this country people push you off the tube!

How dare someone get lost in their own world, and dance rather than stand stiffly and look miserable as the rest

What is this obsession with public transport, the people that use it and videos at the moment? :conf2:

This was on ITV1 London News.

On YouTube
you can make money if it goes viral.

Its worth setting this all up.

Your a Mod do you think this is in the wrong section?

It's a news story and it can also be a debate, so to me it's in the correct section.

But I'm getting bored of seeing all these 'transport incidents' at the moment. It's like one happens then suddenly loads happen, even though this kind of stuff has gone on for years.

There's your debate right there. Is this one staged? If so, will these sorts of filmed "transport incidents" encourage others to do things like this just to get noticed, therefore, encourage racism and victimising people?

I never said it was A-OK, did I?

Maybe you don't travel on the Tube much... Some idiot dancing to his ipod is inviting some kind of intervention.

Oh I travel on the tube. Personally i wold have found it funny and welcomed it. It's more entertaining than watching people across you pretend to sleep, pretend to read the adverts or tube map over and over and people standing about like vegetables.
