It's not a song I particularly like or performance,(a bit overdone vocally in my view), but I love delving back and listening to these really old songs, I think the arrangements and orchestrations were so limited then that the singer had to be able to really carry the song and so had to have a really good voice.

I buy loads of compilations cd's from the 50s and 60s,there are loads of songs I really like on them too.I am trying to build as much as I can of a history of pop music in cd's covering all decades.
