I'd like a ban list for reference purposes.

I [and probably many others] can sometimes be away from this site for weeks/months, and it would be nice if we had a list to refer to upon our return rather than having to rely on hearsay.

Still a bit harsh, maybe send them for a bad haircut, though ibn some cases it might actually improve their looks.
