A woman from Nottingham has changed her name to 'Pink Sparkly And All Things Nice'.
The beauty therapist, who used to be called Charlotte Price, is just one of 100,000 people who changed their name in Britain with the Legal Deed Poll Service this year.
The mother of three says she is obsessed with the colour pink and has incorporated it into most of her clothes, house decor and the salon in which she works.
She goes by Pink Nice for short but admitted: "My mum thinks I'm a bit mad really and so do my children. They stick to 'Mum'."
Other unusual name changes include best friends Daniel Knox-Hewson, 23, and Kelvin Borbidge, 22, also from Nottingham.
The pair had deed poll in August and are now thought to have the longest names in the UK, The Mirror reports.
Knox-Hewson has renamed himself Emperor Spiderman Gandalf Wolverine Skywalker Optimus Prime Goku Sonic Xavier Ryu Cloud Superman Heman Batman Thrash.
Meanwhile, Borbidge now goes by Baron Venom Balrog Sabretooth Vader Megatron Vegeta Robotnik Magneto Bison Sephiroth Lex Luthor Skeletor Joker Grind.
"We decided to change our names because we were bored of our day-to-day lives and wanted to do something that reflected our true personalities," Emperor Thrash told the paper.
"We couldn't believe how easy it was to do - we just had to fill in a few forms and we were granted superhero status."
Baron Grind confessed that he is looking forward to seeing how his bank fits his new name onto his updated card.
Other unconventional names in the UK include Lianne Madonna Vogue On The Cover Of A Magazine McHale Dawson, her twin sister Emma Madonna Confessions On A Dance Floor McHale Dawson and their best friend Gemma True Blue Strike A Pose Carroll McHale Dawson Me Me Inman.
