I will bump this thread after the finale.
I think the final 5 will be:
Natalie, Frankie, Kirk, Romeo and Georgia, with Kirk winning.
If Denise isn't in the final 5 or the top 3 I'll chop it off.

Natalie. She already has a pretty big head start on the other housemates thanks to her task. And she seems the type that would win.

hmmm, well BBUK viewers love to vote for minorities, and Romeo is the only minority, so i think Romeo will win.
It is strange that Romeo is the only minority in the cast.
Besides Romeo, the cast looks like a bake sale in bum****, Iowa.

Maybe Natalie, although that first task had given her an early advantage

I think paddy only won for the same reason shilpa won, and that's why i think Romeo will win if he doesn't do anything offensive, the british viewers are desperate to prove they arn't racist.
British people love proving they arn't racist. (which is ironic)

crikey some of us are racist and some of us aren't, you can't generalise a whole population on a TV gameshow with 12 people Alex

That isn't very fair :nono: Shilpa won because people felt sorry for her and the way she was treated in there, that's only human nature

yes i understand that,. but i'm saying, British people have a love for the underdog, that's all i'm saying.
If british people perceive someone to be outnumbered, they will jump to the rescue, that's all i'm saying.
i think that is a nice aspect of the british culture.
Samuel.

Shilpa won because of the Jade Goody/racism thing. Which is to do with race, but I think anyone receiving any kind of bullying like that and dealt with it like she did would have won anyway.
As for Paddy, he's the bumbling, harmless nice guy.
I don't believe either were voted for because of simply their race.

yes, so saying someone proving they arn't racist, that is racist? what?
i think it's a nice thing, the British support people they think is the underdog, and people who they think are being bullied or people who might have a disadvantage..

i didn't mean to imply it was just because of race, obviously paddy is white and Jade Goody was Half black, so it
s not about race.
I meant British people tend to fight for the underdog, people who might not have as much advantage. that's all.

No, i do think Britain is different in that way. America tends to like strong people, sometimes even bullies. It's a cultural difference.

It's ironic because because taking the side of the disadvantaged person even if they have their own flaws is not egalitarian, but they do it in the hope of trying to be egalitarian.
I mean it's ironic, because Paddy was seen as the minority, even though he was homophobic, and discriminated against other minirities, but he was still supported and not challenged on his own prejudices, but because he was a minority, he was still supported.
Niamh.

Yeah, shame... I think Georgia has a great personality but I think most people aren't going to see past the fact that she's beautiful. I think it's a shame BB gave Natalie the opportunity to hog the limelight on the first night.

Frankie.
He would have learnt from Anton's small mistakes and should go on the be a good housemate aswell as winning.
Samuel.

Could see Georgia doing a Sophie Reade. Though I get the impression she's a bit more with it than Sophie was, which won't do her any favors.
