I thought a lot of the boo's were uncalled in the run up to the eviction. After seeing what she just did to Suzi, I think she deserves everything she gets

Brilliant!! Thats the way an eviction should be!! No more of this nicey, nicey hugging crap or "I really want to go" rubbish. Would have been better if she could have thrown a bit of abuse about as well, but the water was nice touch. :hello:

shows how immature she is, can't hack been evicted so she has to do something to the person who nominates her ... pity someone else didnt get a glass of water and throw it at Grace, give her a taste of her own medicine, mind you they probably didnt want to stoop down too her level

When Aisleyne objected grace called her a moose and something else I think.

Cowardly hiding behind her gang

Slezer
16-06-2006, 09:26 PM
lol the reason Grace has gone (apart from the public not liking her) is due to Susie's arrival. To be honest I dont think its fair how she can come in and stick two people up for nomination (through no choice of her own). However, as Grace was leaving Susie sat down and didnt get up to hug her so Grace threw water on her lol. It was funny. Admit it.

Edwin
16-06-2006, 09:28 PM
yeah, suzie could of at least of given her a bloody hug!

Another disastrous producer gimmock (the golden ticket) that has lost a fun house mate. When will they ever learn. :bored:

And I know Suzie was put into a difficult position in nominating, but I have to laugh at Grace throwing water over her as she left the house :joker:

It's not just the water, it's the fact she did it and then ran away like a coward behind her gang.

If she had a problem with Suzie.....tell her about it, not act like an idiot.

JC

Suzie knew Grace had a problem with her. There was no point talking about it because it wouldn't have had time to be resolved even if either of them wished it to.

It's a bloody gameshow!! She was on her way out and got one last cheap shot. It was a quality Big Brother moment!!

What if you were in there and someone threw water all over you for nothing, then that person ran away to hide behind someone else.....and that person knowing they would be out in a few seconds?

That's exactly what it was. A cheap shot. and a funny one at that. It's done no harm whatsoever people are acting like she spat in Suzie's face and took a p*ss in her shoes or something.

I thought about for a few moments actually and you know what I decided I would do:

Laugh and feel sorry for the poor girl, as if throwing water in my face would make on inch of ****ing difference to me.

Then I'd have a smoke, tell Nikki to wise the **** up and tell Leah to stop being the female equivalent of a dirty mac wearing pervert.

I suppose it might be entertaining to watch but soooo cowardly, thats what peeeed me off the most!

What Grtace did was childish but then what do you expect when when the parents buy you a £350,000 flat in Notting Hill!!!
feel sorry for Suzie but in a way it vindicated why Suze voted for Grace. Grace couldn't get over the fact that someone could vote for her, Nikki accepted it in the end but then Nikki's far more clever than she pretends to be and Grace has a superiority complex so what do you expect .

Blame the parents I do.

Well, here are my thoughts. And I really dont' care if anyone tries to say "oh but it's only water" blah blah blah. It's assault. No one should have to worry about getting anything thrown on them because they nominated the other person. That is part of the game. Assaulting someone in any shape or form is NOT. Suzie was nothing but a complete lady to her the entire time and Grace just did something so out of line that I honestly think something should be done by Big Brother. Only a coward would do something like that knowing she wouldn't be staying.

And to those who still think Grace isn't spiteful. . .well, she proved you wrong.

Again.

But I'm interested in hearing that throwing water at people is assault. Exactly what section of the Offences Against the Person Act does it come under? Or perhaps you could refer me to the case law that you are relying on?

she did pretend to be her friend why didnt she throw the water when her name got read out at nominations instead of waiting until she was like 10 seconds from getting out the house where no one could do anything back to her so yes she is a coward

Gosh, do you really want me to have to search out the exact statements on assault. It's section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act. Actus reus includes what is considered every day contact if it is intentionally intended to humiliate the person, or indirect contact. Meaning actual physicial contact need not happen (in this case-water). Needless to say it was also not consentual. A common assault is used in situations where a blow or another application of force is struck, but when no actual injury results.

I recall even a couple of people working for a tv show got arrested for assault for squirting Tom Cruise int he face with water as a joke.

she left it until then because she was leaving and she couldn't get into trouble maybe? but, of course, since you don't like her, you look at the least admirable reason first.

Wow I'm impressed you went and looked all that stuff up, but you are wrong in one major area.

"A common assault is used in situations where a blow or another application of force is struck, but when no actual injury results."

See, if there is an application of force, then the offence is assault and battery (unless the person was hit from behind cos then there wouldn't be the requisite apprehension of physical force, so it would just be battery).

And I noticed you mentioned the actus reus, but do you know the mens rea for assault??

And I'd prefer to see actual case law on water squirting constituting assault, rather than anecdotal evidence about Tom Cruise.

Have fun googling that lot

I agree with blame the parents as they have brought her up and the friends she socialises with as clearly they are not helping her in any way. Grace needs to take a good look in the mirror.
