Though the Sci-fi stuff is a large part of the series (it is set on a spaceship), its not cheesy at all. Its a drama set in space really rather than a dramatic sic-fi if you get me?

The story lines are superb and the acting even more so. I throughly recommend it. Its a brilliant programme.
