For some unknown reason the other day they put our internet down 5 times lower speed it was before (after doing tests apparently)

They're not going to be receiving a very nice call tommorow

Can't wait to be rid of them eventually

They will be getting a call from me tomorrow too since I just checked my bill online and everything on it is double the price it normally is.

I'm wondering if it's a glitch since I have never had a billing problem with them before

theyre useless, we just thought it would be good to have everything with the same provider but the prices are ridiculous and we got multiroom but don't even use the other box in the other room anymore. Didn't read the small print that you can't cancel for 12 months either

Considering of getting rid of it all together and just using streams on the internet for sport

I like having all my bills from one provider too, phone, sky tv and internet and normally everything does works great with them and I have no problems so I have no idea whats going on this month.

To be fair on Sky, the one I was using lasted since 2006, it was one of the really old Netgear ones

I got my bill sorted, it was an error on their part so all's good.
