Since when did it become socially acceptable for guys to have their hands groping down their pants when they are sat or stood chatting to /with women ??

The two house "scrotes" seem to do it an awful lot but nobody mentions anything to "them" .

It's pretty common with young males to do it with tracksuit bottoms. I went through a phase back in school times when I would do it(Not under boxers but meh).............kill me :( :p
