If threats were made on either part i would expect them to get a warning. I do believe a man should never hit a woman due to me being a gentleman and respectfull but i dont agree with a woman hitting a man. Lets take a serious example. If you have a bad nurse, but its politically incorrect or socially awkward to call her out. who does that help? women? the patients? no.
