I agree. That was the main problem, her sense of humour not translating well, he didn't understand her. And she didn't understand that he wanted to be left alone and not constantly badgered to join in.

Earlier she was more concerned after nomininations that if Michael goes, that she will get the blame and then tried to give it the ''there isn't an issue with Michael and anyone else, it's only me and Michael''. Funny that she wasn't saying that when she was rounding up her chums for days before nominations to tell them how awful a man he was to her.....influencing their votes ..... she's sleekit and sly. funny that it took her several days to apologise to him for her behaviour - and that only happened after noms were revealed and she was half pissed again.

I think Denise's problem is that she is determined to treat Michael as a normal person and not be overawed by his Hollywood status, unfortunatley she's going about it all the wrong way and is actually trying to hard and making a point of being quite rude and obnoxious towards him in an effort to treat him like any other human being.

Unfortunatley for her, we all know that you don't treat people the way she is treating Michael at the moment. She's coming across as desperate to be liked by everyone, even gossiping behind Michaels back thinking she's in with the in crowd. No one likes a know-it-all, and that is Denise to a T.

Having watched the nominations last night, I was amazed how some of the HMs nominated Michael because of the tension he and Denise were causing in the house but didn't actually nominate Denise for the same reason - takes two to tango. Only Romeo pointed out that he didn't nominate Denise because he saw her as a mother figure.
