I get annoyed when people actually do have a disease or something and they trend purely because they're 1D fans or Beliebers. I know it's sad but at the same time if there's so many people suffering from maybe worse, why do some get to trend cos they are a fangirl of a certain group/person.

I know what you mean. Also I hate how if Justin sprains his ankle or Selena Gomez stubs her toe #getwelljustin or #getwellselena will always trend. It's so annoying, there are people in the world going through much worse than them talentless brats.

Thats a bit OTT. Its genuinely their cousin and theyre just trying to promote awareness for people to pray because desperately want him to pull through as doctors told them he may die.
